Store Policy for K1 Aesthetic SPA LLC

1. Appointments
Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and specialist.
Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email, text, or call 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointments rescheduled or shortened to avoid disrupting other bookings.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
3. Payments
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment platforms.
Deposits: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Services rendered are non-refundable. Products purchased may be returned unopened within 7 days for store credit or exchange.
4. Service Etiquette
Consultations: A brief consultation is conducted before each service to tailor treatments to individual needs.
Health Conditions: Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.
Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Cleanliness and Safety
Our spa adheres to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Equipment and tools are sterilized after each use to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
If you feel unwell, we kindly request rescheduling your appointment for a later date.
6. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
